One-to-One Coaching

One-to-one coaching is a powerful way to achieve your goals, both in your professional and personal life. It is beneficial for people from all walks of life, and at every level within an organisation.

Our coaching programmes build confidence for all situations, and are designed specifically for your individual needs. Whatever your age, job or current circumstances, coaching can help you change your life for the better and achieve your ambitions.

We live in a fast moving digital world and the challenges faced by individuals are many and varied. We’re constantly bombarded with information, making it difficult to cope with the demands of our busy working and personal lives.

At work, it can be a struggle to:

  • Prioritise our workload and have the courage to say ‘no’ when necessary
  • Manage our time and get more done
  • Communicate with and influence others effectively
  • Keep our limiting thought patterns under control
  • Handle challenging situations effectively and with grace

How it works

We offer three, six or 12-month programmes, designed to suit the individual’s needs through a range of flexible coaching options.  Some people prefer one hour every other week, two hours a month, or as and when needed.  The choice is yours.

In-person coaching

Come and experience a unique environment, here at UCan’s home office near Farnham in Surrey.  Surrounded by open countryside, the picturesque setting gives clients the perfect opportunity to relax, learn and grow; allowing them to develop skills, and share knowledge and experiences, in a safe environment.

Online coaching

For many professionals with busy schedules attempting to fit in an in-person coaching session can prove difficult, when taking travel times into consideration. Online coaching overcomes this challenge effectively and can be scheduled around other activities during the day or evening.  A video call for example, offer a flexible and relaxed way of coaching or a text message at ‘point of need’ can make all the difference.


Before we agree to go forward with the coaching, we offer a free 30-minute Zoom, Skype, or FaceTime call to make sure that we can work together.
