Since joining the company in 2015, Melissa has fast become the oil that keeps the machine rolling. She makes sure the administrative and operational side of things runs smoothly. When not at work, Melissa is engrossed in designing a house with her husband, and dreaming of finding the perfect plot on which to build it.
She enjoys training and trialing her gun-dogs, playing polo and generally being out and about in the countryside. Cooking and socialising with friends and family are high on the agenda.
