PRESENTING WITH CONFIDENCE AND INFLUENCE

Many professionals struggle with presenting — yet it’s a vital skill for sharing ideas, winning buy-in, and leading with impact.

This practical session introduces a clear seven-step model to help your team structure ideas, handle objections, and present with confidence. Through coaching-led techniques, they’ll learn how to use language, voice, and body language to speak with authority and clarity.

MANAGING CONFLICT AND UNCOMFORTABLE CONVERSATIONS

Difficult conversations are inevitable in any workplace—whether with managers, peers, or direct reports. Yet when handled well, they can lead to stronger relationships, better performance, and a healthier culture.

In this practical session, employees will learn a proven framework to navigate high-stakes conversations with clarity and confidence. They’ll explore the mindset shifts needed to move past limiting behaviours, the four steps to managing tough conversations effectively, and how to craft a one-minute opener to set the right tone.

NEGOTIATING EFFECTIVELY

To deliver results and stay well, employees need more than just to-do lists—they need strategies to manage their time with purpose and balance.

This practical session explores common time management pitfalls, smart prioritisation techniques, and how to handle interruptions and competing demands. Participants will also learn how to build realistic schedules that support both productivity and wellbeing.

The outcome? Employees who can confidently manage their workload, drive progress on key priorities, and stay in control—without burning out.

EFFECTIVE DELEGATION

Delegation isn’t just about getting tasks off your plate—it’s a key leadership skill that empowers others, builds capability, and prevents burnout.

In this session, participants will explore the common barriers to delegation, how to decide what to delegate, and the step-by-step process for doing it well. They’ll also learn how to match tasks to strengths and set clear expectations for success.

SHAPE YOUR CAREER

DEVELOPING EMOTIONAL INTELLIGENCE

Emotional intelligence—self-awareness, empathy, and social skills—is at the heart of every successful team.

In this workshop, participants will learn how to manage stress and emotions effectively, identify and shift limiting behaviour patterns, and cultivate enabling habits that support positive interactions.

By the end of the session, attendees will better understand how their thoughts, feelings, and actions influence workplace relationships, feel more confident in their roles, and be equipped to adapt smoothly to change.

Format

The Power of You programme comprises 8 modules, each typically delivered over 3 hours. Modules can be delivered in-person, online, or via a hybrid model, and can be tailored in length to fit your organisation’s needs.

This structure allows participants time to practise new skills between sessions. At the start of each workshop, dedicated time is set aside to review progress, celebrate successes, and address any challenges—an often overlooked but vital step to embed learning into daily work.

I deliver programmes both online and face-to-face. While based in the UK, I have delivered training internationally, including in Spain and India, bringing global experience and cultural awareness.

Having worked with diverse teams across the UK, Poland, Spain, India, the USA, and Hong Kong, I am adept at navigating cultural nuances to ensure relevance and impact.

The programme is designed for small groups of around 8 participants and can accommodate mixed or female-only cohorts. Each participant receives a workbook, and a WhatsApp group supports ongoing communication and peer learning throughout the course.
