Working globally

One of the best things about working with global companies is that I’m inspired to work globally too.

I’m in Dubai this week, and it’s from here that I’ll be working on a speech for International Women’s Day as I’ve been asked to be a guest speaker for Carter Jonas, a property consultancy based in the UK.

Though I love working in person with individuals and teams, online working means I can coach and train people from all over the world.

Yes, there can sometimes be logistical considerations when offices in India, the United States, and Europe have to find times that suit everyone, but there’s something exciting about being part of all those brains from all over the world connecting.
